Supporting and Optimising the EverWild Experience & Expansion

APPLYING MY EXPERTISE
Across the four wellness pillars
A proposal designed with intention — weaving movement, nutrition, thermal practice and rest into one cohesive guest journey rooted in physiology, somatics and lived expertise.
01 — Wellness
Movement, somatics & the nervous system
As a trained Pilates and movement coach with deep knowledge of physiology, I design group programs serving different demographics — strength and fitness, mobility, deep relaxation, energy recharge, muscle recovery — alongside 1:1 movement coaching inside bespoke packages.
I bring strong knowledge of neuroscience, somatic practices and the nervous system, particularly how the mind–body connection supports rest, healing and self-regulation. Experiences guide guests out of the mind and into the body: barefoot grounding walks, guided meditations, sound therapies, ecstatic dance and breath-led movement journeys.
This knowledge anchors the why behind every program — how we build, sequence and layer experiences, which practitioners we partner with (Yoga Nidra, somatic therapies), and how to plant subtle entry points so even guests not seeking mindfulness encounter these tools organically.
I also understand how the body processes trauma and stores emotion. This informs soft-entry rituals — heart-opening cacao ceremonies, voice activation, womb-centered rituals, energetic-center meditations — and gives access to a network of Ayurvedic practitioners, herbalists and specialists who can co-create with us locally and globally.
With an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and five years inside elite sports teams, I have co-designed performance menus with chefs that move the body toward recovery, energy and health. The same lens applies to EverWild’s F&B team — menus aligned to the intention of each wellness journey.
- Preventative health & nourishment through fresh, organic, seasonal, local produce.
- Marketing partnership to communicate the nutrition story — workshops, info cards, videos, kitchen-lounge signage.
- Nutrition guidelines for each wellness location’s kitchen team.
- Goal-based menus matched to wellness journeys: energizing, grounding, gut-restoring.
- Innovation sessions to generate new ideas.
02 — Culinary
Performance nutrition meets seasonal nourishment
03 — Thermal
Rituals with physiological integrity
As a certified Pirts Practitioner I deliver 1:1 and group rituals, and can support Benoit in training staff, co-creating forest-inspired rituals, and contributing directly to ritual delivery.
Through a mobile sauna company I co-ran for a year, I designed complete thermal journeys as full sensory experiences — health-focused journeys for immunity, joint recovery and respiratory support, alongside meditative and sensory rituals inside the sauna. That collaborative approach — scientific, physiological, traditional — comes to EverWild, ensuring pre- and post-care fully support guest wellbeing.
My elite-sport background supports specialised recovery packages for athletes and adventurers — a key Canmore demographic — so guests return to activity the next day feeling renewed. A USP for EverWild today, extending into advanced techniques (e.g. hyperbaric) in future sites.
Working with high-performance athletes taught me how to optimise sleep and recovery. This translates into overnight experiences that deepen rest — from room setup to sleep hygiene practices and ‘home away from home’ comfort.
- Collaborate with the hotel team on sleep-focused room enhancements.
- Room features that align with relaxation — pillow menus, aromatherapy.
- Journeys that begin in the spa and continue into the sleep experience.
- Full retreat journeys, when feasible, built on the staff’s skills and expertise.

Sleep, recovery & the overnight journey
